Meet The Team

The foundation of NOW’s vision and mission is people.  In our eyes, this will never change.  Our guiding principle is to invest in the right people who individually are awesome, but collectively have the capacity to change the world.  Our team of trailblazers includes the combination of logistics industry experts and tech thought leaders.  But, our story doesn’t end here – and we’re excited about this.  We know future NOW-ers will only make our journey more invigorating and successful!

Mushahid “Mush” Khan


In this capacity, he develops and executes the Company’s strategy including recruiting and developing the team, creating the go to market strategy and leading the overall product strategy.

Mr. Khan also serves on the Board of Directors of Stabilis Energy since July, 2019. Mr. Khan is a Board Member of APS Plastics and Manufacturing (APS), a full-service custom plastic component manufacturer since January 2016. Mr. Khan acquired APS in 2016, in partnership with Framework Capital Partners. Mr. Khan held prior positions as CEO of Ringers Gloves and President and Chief Operating Officer of O’Rourke Petroleum. Mr. Khan holds an MBA from The University of Houston (Clear Lake), and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jake Leatherman joined Now Network in December of 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience focused on building strong customer relationships in the convenience retail and wholesale fuels industry. Before joining Now Network, Jake was with Atlas Oil Company for 19 years serving in multiple roles, most recently as VP of Sales Enablement, where he was responsible for leading their retail, real estate, inside sales, and customer success groups. As part of Atlas Oil Company’s sale of their Retail Division to Empire Petroleum Partners Jake spent a year with Empire Petroleum Partners as General Manager responsible for sales and operations of their Midwest Division prior to returning back to Atlas Oil Company.

Director of Product

Stacey McCroskey, Ph.D., PMP is the Director of Product responsible for the execution of the product strategy and roadmap including managing the development, product management, and implementation resources. In her first career she worked in the oil & gas, financial services, and software industries in Houston, TX, Ann Arbor, MI, and London, England.

Stacey was part of a startup that sold and then took the opportunity to get her Ph.D. Stacey then became a Professor and Dean of Academic Affairs. Stacey left higher education and transitioned back to software 3 years ago. Specific to software she has worked in and managed software implementation, project management, software development, and product management. She has her PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Managed Services Manager

Tami brings many years of experience in the Fuel Industry and has worked in sales, marketing and business development.  Her industry career began at Rusche Distributing company and Rusche Fuel Control for ten years, where she developed and implemented their Customer Retention Program. This position lead her to O’Rourke Distributing where she used her fleet card experience in Sales for Fleet Fuel Management. Her most recent job was the VP of Strategic Development, which included responsibilities for sales, recruiting and accounting.
